My work often incorporates myofascial lengthening, orthopedic techniques, and cupping when appropriate. Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day, with the goal of helping you move and feel better.

My Approach
I believe the body is deeply interconnected. When you come in with lower‑back pain, for example, I don’t just focus on the lower back—I also look at the upper back, hamstrings, and glutes. Pain often shows up in one place, but the root of the issue may be somewhere else.
Together, we address both the symptom and the source, creating space for real, lasting relief.

What is Cupping Therapy?
Originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping therapy has been used for thousands of years to promote healing and provide an alternative treatment for pain relief.
The squeezable nature of the cups allows for various depth of suction to create the same vacuum seal used in traditional cupping therapy, but allowing the cups to still be moved once placed. During your massage, the cups can either be left in one spot for a more targeted therapy, or glided over the skin to provide a deep massage-like sensation.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth basalt stones are heated to 120–130°F and gently glided across the body. The soothing warmth melts away tension, eases tight muscles, and helps you relax more deeply throughout your session.

Reflexology is the theory that there are zones on the hands, feet and ears (yes, the ears too) that correspond with body systems. You get a full body massage with only having your hands or feet massaged.
Sessions are available for the hands 🙌 or the feet 👣

Swedish massage is a lighter-pressure style focused on full-body relaxation. I typically use light to firm pressure, blending techniques that gently ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. If you’re new to professional massage, this is the perfect place to start.

TREAT FOR YOUR FEET ADD-ON $30
Using heated towels feet are refreshed with a cleanser followed by a scrub removed with more warm towels. Your feet with be massaged and then end with an Eco-Fin Paraffin treatment with your feet wrapped in warm towels. Feet will feel revived.
This can be added onto a massage session or a skin treatment.

HELP YOUR HANDS ADD-ON $30
Rejuvenate those hands by experiencing a cleansing wash and scrub ehich is removed with warm towels. Hydrating body cream will be used to massage the hands followed by an Eco-Fin Paraffin treatment with your hands wrapped in warm mitts.
This can be added onto a massage session or a skin treatment.

SCALP MASSAGE ADD-ON $30
Using a nourishing Argan hair oil infused with Essential Oils that will be massaged into the scalp. The oil is warmed and worked through your hair as your scalp is massaged. Experience a warm towel at the end with massage over the towel.
