LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
My name is Keri and this is My Story. Welcome!

I am licensed in New York State to practice Therapeutic Massage, Esthetics (Skin Care) and Nail Care. I help people feel better in their bodies which in turns makes them feel better in spirit.
Assisting people by educating them on posture and tips to self care at home with stretching.
I have been working with dermalogica for the last few years because their focus is on educating the Professional Skin Care Therapist so that we can educate you. Choosing Footlogix was so that I could offer a product that is safe to use on diabetic and elderly skin.

Like Newton's first law, a body in motion stays in motion...my mission is to help keep you in motion while feeling good about yourself. Working multiple modalities, my vision is to bring your state of being into balance, be it physical mobility or the aesthetics of nails and skin.

I can help you: improve your mobility, increase the care that you give your skin and help your feet feel smooth and moisturized.

What do I do?
I use multiple massage techniques to release tension built up in the muscle. I favor myofascial lengthening techniques as well as orthopedic techniques. I also have added cupping to techniques available to you.

My unique values and beliefs:
I believe that everything is connected. For example when you are experiencing pain in your lower back, I believe in paying attention to the upper back, the hamstrings and the glutes as well. We need to look at the problem vs the symptom. We work on those areas including the area that you are feeling discomfort with.

My Story:
I chose to go into wellness because I wanted a career that was rewarding for me. I started this path when our children were young. My husband and I live in Clyde and have for the past 26 years. The goal was to have quality family time and freedom to oversee my schedule. I enjoy what I do and learning new things to bring to you.
I started to focus on orthopedic techniques, because I do NOT believe in NO pain NO gain. Yes there can be discomfort after receiving massage it should not be painful to the point that you are struggling to move. Every body is different and everyone has different concerns. We approach those concerns by checking in before the session starts to make a plan to best help you today.
